The house is just under 800 square feet and has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath.  Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed; Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a twin bed.  Both rooms have full length mirrors, spacious closets, and Dohm Sleep Machines.  

 

The full bath has a combination tub / shower which is perfect for both kids and adults.  The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.  Plenty of white cotton towels can be found in the closet just outside of the bathroom.  Don't worry about running out of hot water; the house has a new Rinnai tankless hot water heater that will keep your showers nice and steamy.  

 

There's WIFI available, a Smart TV in the main living area that streams YouTubeTV (streaming cable), a DVD player, Bluetooth speaker and a charging dock.  Feel free to log into Netflix or Hulu, or choose one of the many DVD's available.  

 

The cozy living room has a leather sofa, recliner, & club chair, as well as two large ottomans to put your feet up. Extra blankets are available in the bedroom closets.  There's also a natural gas fireplace that's perfect for chilly winter nights.    

 

The bright, open kitchen has all new appliances, including a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric range, and many cooking necessities like a blender, ice cream maker, coffee pot, and toaster.  There's a small dining table that can double as a workspace if needed.  Additional dining chairs are located in the primary bedroom closet and in the second bedroom.  

 

The mudroom located in the rear of the home has a full-sized washer and dryer, basic cleaning supplies, and a first aid kit.  You'll also find corn hole, bug spray, grilling tools, and hammocks to use in the private backyard.  

 

The front exterior has a lovely covered porch complete with a porch swing and two rocking chairs that are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.  In colder months, there's a table top gas fire pit as well as a wood burning chiminea for guests to enjoy.  The yard isn't fully fenced in but does provide lots of privacy.  

 

Want to have a mini spa experience?  The house comes with an essential oil diffusor for aromatherapy as well as many spa products available to try.  A yoga mat is stored in the hall closet if you want to grab a quick workout.  

 

Did you bring your kids?  There are games in the leather ottoman as well as art supplies to keep the little ones happy.  If you need sitter recommendations, I can give you those as well.
